Madison
Madison discovered Pilates in 2018 after recognizing she needed more movement to counterbalance long hours of sitting at work. She quickly fell in love with the method because of its emphasis on anatomy, body mechanics, and the mind-body connection. In 2022, Madison completed her comprehensive 450-hour teacher training at Vitality Pilates in Seattle, specializing in contemporary Pilates. Her teaching style emphasizes functional anatomy, alignment, and mindful movement, helping clients develop core strength, flexibility and mobility, and body awareness.
Madison's passion for Pilates empowers individuals to feel strong, balanced, and connected to their bodies. Her classes are approachable and integrate creative imagery with progressive variations that keep workouts engaging and effective. With a keen eye for alignment and a focus on functional movement patterns, Madison provides a supportive environment that encourages clients to move confidently, reduce discomfort, and enhance their overall well-being. Outside the studio, Madison loves drawing, painting, sculpture, cooking, playing tennis, and taking long walks around Seattle. Madison also holds a bachelor’s degree in Cognitive Science from The University of Michigan.
