Kerry Ratza is a seasoned and passionate Certified Pilates Instructor having taught since 2007 with a Comprehensive Pilates Certification from Balanced Body Pilates and A Physical Mind.
Kerry is deeply dedicated to the Classical Pilates method, emphasizing the principles of precision, control, and flow in every session. With a deep understanding of anatomy and biomechanics, Kerry crafts personalized sessions and group classes tailored to individuals’ needs, helping clients achieve their fitness goals with proper alignment and mindful movement.
Known for adapting Pilates techniques to suit a wide range of abilities, Kerry specializes in empowerment, embodiment, and achieving personal goals. She ensures that each session is safe, effective, and aligned with the classical method. Her holistic approach also prioritizes injury prevention and overall wellness.
Outside of Pilates, Kerry is a yoga practitioner, figure skater, film enthusiast, and mom. She draws inspiration from the natural world of the Pacific Northwest and is committed to living a balanced lifestyle that nurtures physical and mental well-being. She strives to share this holistic approach with her clients.
Kerry is committed to continuous professional growth and regularly enhances her expertise through continuing education. She has had the privilege of studying under Lori Coleman-Brown at Atlas Pilates, further deepening her knowledge of the Classical Pilates system and teaching techniques.
