Movement and physical activity have always been an important part of Feran’s life. She started ballet at a young age, where she pursued this passion through high school at a performing arts institution in her hometown of Oklahoma City, and throughout college at the University of San Francisco. Feran first discovered pilates through her cousin, a certified instructor from The Pilates Center in Boulder. For the past year and a half she has studied under Amie Baca and Susan Bienczycka, and is being certified through the Pilates Academy International. She is also an avid runner, horseback rider, and works in online marketing. She finds that pilates provides her balance between the corporate environment and the need for movement and working with the body.
