Brenda Brown

Brenda Brown has always had a passion for movement. This led her to pursue and receive a BFA in Dance through Western Washington University. During her studies in dance she got involved with pilates as a means to further her understanding of kinesthetic movement. She immediately fell in love with the benefits that pilates provides to individuals. She then studied under Carolyn Watson through Balanced Body Pilates to obtain her certification. She has been teaching for 2 years now, and is constantly looking for ways to improve her knowledge and understanding of the human body. She is very excited to be a part of Pilates on 10th and looks forward to working closely with clients to help them achieve their movement goals.
