Personalized Fitness Programs
At Pilates on 10th we strive to make your time with us an individual experience. Each client completes a thorough intake form and begins their training with us by discussing their purpose for coming to our studio and their goals with a qualified instructor. The instructor then crafts a workout that is geared towards achieving those goals and coaches the client on how to get there. We take notes after each session so we can track your progress and come up with new ways to challenge you. Every lesson is unique! You will never do the same set of choreographed exercises, even in our group classes! We tailor each session or class to who is present that day. You will never be bored doing the same routine over and over!
