Hello New Clients!
Welcome to Pilates on 10th. Here are a few things you should know about your group online buying voucher:
In order for us to put you in our online system we will need
1. your certificate number
2. full name
3. a telephone number
4. an email address
5 a credit card number (Living Social only to charge for sales tax)
You can get us this information by calling us or sending us an email. We do not expect you to leave a credit card number by voice or email, but we will call you and ask you for it before we can put you in the system. You will receive a confirmation email from us once we get you entered and your classes or sessions will be added to your account. At this point you can sign up for your classes, manage your account and make class changes or cancellations online. You will have to create a username and password.
Please down load an intake form from our home page and bring the completed form with you on your first visit.
*We only allow 10 people per mat class and five for reformer classes. Once you have made a reservation for a class you have up to 60min before the start of class to cancel. If you do not show up or do not cancel with 60min of class we will dock one class from your package.
*For private sessions a 24hr cancellation policy is required or you will lose that session.
Waitlists: If the class you are trying to sign up for is full you can add yourself to the waitlist. When a spot in the class opens up you will receive and email or text message notifying you. You are responsible for managing your waitlisted classes. Please be prepared to come to the class if you are on the waitlist. Spots do open up regularly and you will be held to the late cancel policy if you are added (unless you are added within 60min of the start of class in which case we will not charge the late cancel).

Studio Policies: A Few Notes
Late Cancels:
Our policy states that we need notification of a cancellation 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. If we do not receive notification within that time frame you will be charged in full for your appointment. This is a standard policy throughout the Pilates community.
This policy acts as a contract between the client and the studio. We have reserved the space for you and have hired an instructor to be present at that time. When we get a cancellation in less than 24 hours it is difficult to fill that appointment time with another client.
Of course we understand that clients can have unforeseeable emergencies such as sudden sickness, sickness of a child etc. and in these cases we will forgive the charge. We ask that you give us 24 hours cancellation notification whenever possible.
For class reservations please cancel 60 minutes prior to the start of your class or you will be charged a $20 late cancel fee. We only allow 10 people in our mat classes and 5 for equipment classes, so please let us know if you are not going to be able to attend and we can give your spot to someone who is waiting.
Instructor Substitutions:
At Pilates on 10th we believe in teamwork. All of our instructors are highly trained and have impressive qualifications. We believe that all of our clients can learn something valuable from each of our gifted instructors.
Also, if you have worked with and are open to working with more than one instructor you will find that there are more appointment times available to you. This is why our policy states that instructors can be substituted without prior notice. Substitutions could happen for a couple of reasons. One, the instructor could be ill or have an unexpected emergency and not be able to come in that day. Or two, one instructor could be heavily booked that day and another for only a few hours and we need to even out the workload.
That said we also realize that sometimes a client and a certain instructor just click or that some clients just prefer one instructor rather than another. In this case we will do our best to schedule the client with their preferred instructor if the schedule allows.
If you have a special request for a certain instructor please let us know at the time you are scheduling the appointment. Or, if you are scheduling online you may click on the “Instructor Requested” box.
