studio policies
* A 24-hour notice is required for the cancellation of a Private or Duet Appointment. If we do not receive a 24-hour notice you will be charged in full.
*60 minutes notification prior to the start of class is required for the cancellation of a Mat Class or Group Equipment Class. If we do not receive 60 minutes notification you will be charged a $20 late cancel fee for the Mat Class or $35 for the Group Equipment Class.
* Mat Classes and Group Equipment Sessions are drop-in, but advanced registration is recommended. You can sign up for classes from our online system. If the class you are trying to register for is full you can add yourself to the waitlist. When a spot in the class opens up you will receive and email or text message notifying you. You are responsible for managing your waitlisted classes. Please be prepared to come to the class if you are on the waitlist. Spots do open up regularly and you will be held to the late cancel policy if you are added (unless you are added within 60min of the start of class in which case we will not charge the late cancel fee).
* memberships are based on a six month contract and monthly dues are auto-debited. Private and Duet Sessions must be used in concurrent months. They do not carry over into following months. Duet memberships are dependent on a willing partner and the contract is entered into together. Space in Group Sessions and Mat Classes is limited. Please sign up online to secure your spot. Late cancel policies apply. Does not include Reformer Series.
* All Sessions are 55 minutes in length.
* All packaged Sessions expire 1 year from date of purchase. NO EXCEPTIONS.
* Rates subject to City of Seattle Sales Tax.
* Purchased Sessions and Classes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
* Instructors may be substituted without prior notice.
* Private and Duet Sessions are by appointment only.
* In order to maintain a high quality workout that flows swiftly through transitions and exercises and for safety concerns, instructor approval is required for all Duet, Group and Mat Classes (except Beginning Mat Class).
* Duet Sessions are based on the availability of an appropriate partner. If your partner early cancels we will notify you as soon as possible. You may opt to keep your scheduled appointment time and pay the difference for a Private Session. Most clients who take Duet Sessions also purchase a Private Package for this purpose. 24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY APPLIES.
* Group Equipment Class availability is limited. Sign-up in advance or call or go online to check the availability of a drop-in. Reserved spaces for Group Equipment Classes will be released at the start of class. Please be on time. 60 Minute cancellation policy applies.
* Please do not wear strong perfumes or heavy oils and creams to your session.
* Please do not wear sharp objects in your hair such as barrettes and clips.
* If you would like to schedule standing weekly appointments we would be happy to accommodate you based on availability. It is your obligation to notify your instructor or the front desk if you need to cancel a standing appointment or are leaving town for a designated period of time. Three consecutively missed or canceled standing appointments releases the appointment time. 24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY APPLIES.
* Please notify your instructor prior to your session if you had any injuries, car accidents or new health concerns since your last session.
