Start out your new Pilates practice right with individual instruction.

Learn the basics one on one. Your instructor will review with you your fitness goals and health history and take you through a Pilates workout tailored just for you.

This is the best way to get the most out of your group classes. When you know the basic Pilates principles, how to engage your deep, core muscles and are aware of your body's strengths and weaknesses you will workout smarter and safer.
