Welcome to Pilates on 10th, bringing the power of Pilates to Capitol Hill since 2003! This studio is my dream come true and I can’t wait to share it with you. I started Pilates after graduating from Cornish College with a dance degree. Right away I noticed changes in how my body moved and more importantly the enhanced control I had over those movements. I was hooked, and you will be too.

Your body is yours for the rest of your life; it should be kept in the best condition possible so that you can work and play with ease and free from injury.

Pilates workouts are based on strengthening the deep stabilizing muscles of the body, as a result the body is well toned and elongated. Practicing Pilates regularly also helps align the mind and spirit with the body by bringing control and awareness to every movement, and having the mind be the master of the body, rather than the body mastering the mind.

The professionally certified instructors at Pilates on 10th are available to take you through a Pilates workout suited to your body and its needs. We also offer group classes and keep them small so that the focus is always on you, your form and safety, as well as achieving your goals.
